In This article I’m gonna tell you about the new monster Nvidia TITAN X the new generation Nvidia Titan X based on that all new Pascal GPU. Armed with 12GB of GDDR5X graphics memory and that all new GP102 GPU, we are certain we're going to break some records today as it is a first and true 4K60 GPU.

The most interesting aspect about this brazenly expensive graphics card is its branding. You'll notice that NVIDIA dropped "GeForce GTX" from its model name, simply calling it the "TITAN X Pascal". This makes "TITAN" a consumer graphics brand unto itself. Only NVIDIA's third since GeForce and Riva. This achieves two things. First, it adds to the exclusivity of this SKU, elevating TITAN above GeForce. Second, it adds a bit of ambiguity to whom this product targets as a buyer, letting NVIDIA get away with its steep price tag.

The Current price of the NVidia Titan X is about 1200 $ in the market but assuming different types of version of the card the price will change after a while .

Architecture

The Second variant of the Maxwell Architecture, despite being also manufactured with a 28nm technology, has an extremely large L2 Cache and features a Third Generation Delta Color Compression which allows NVIDIA to produce Graphics Cards with relatively small memory data transfer rates, without causing too much impact on the overall performance. Furthermore, the Shaders have been redesigned and are both more powerful and energy efficient.

The Second Revision of Maxwell also adds VXGI (Voxel Global Illumination) which makes scenes significantly more lifelike and believable as light interacts more realistically in the game environment and the MFAA technology which provides the same effect as MSAA but at a much lower performance cost.

System Suggestions

We recommend a very strong processor (Intel Core i7 Quad Core/AMD FX Eight Core) and 16GB of RAM for a system with GeForce GTX Titan X.

Power Consumption

With a rated board TDP of 250W, it requires at least a 600W PSU with one available 6-pin and 8-pin connectors.

Although the titan x is a new card with a lot of potential for 4k hd gaming it still pretty much lacks something .heck if you got money to spend and build an expensive setup for your gaming desires this card is for you.

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M is a high-end DirectX 11-compatible best graphics card for laptops. It is based on the same chip as the GeForce GTX 680MX but offers a higher core clock at a lower TDP. It is based on the 28nm GK104 Kepler architecture similar to the GTX 680M, but features more CUDA cores (1536 vs. 1344), a higher clock rate and GPU Boost 2.0. As of summer 2013, it is the fastest laptop graphics card on the market.

As a novelty, the GeForce 700M series implements GPU Boost 2.0 to automatically overclock the core clock rate. Depending on the cooling headroom of the laptop and the application / game, up to 15 % performance gains are possible.

Overview Architecture

The Kepler architecture is the successor to the Fermi architecture that first appeared in laptops with the GeForce 400M series. The GK104 Kepler core offers eight shader blocks, called SMX, that are clocked at the same speed as the central core. In the GTX 780M, all eight blocks are active for a total of 1536 CUDA cores. Although the Kepler architecture can utilize more shader cores than a Fermi chip, its shaders can be up to twice as power efficient.  However, due to the missing hot clock of the shader domain, two shaders of a Kepler chip are of similar speed to one shader of a Fermi chip (as the latter is clocked twice as fast).

PCIe 3.0 is now supported by the mobile Kepler series and an optional Turbo mode can automatically overclock the Nvidia card by a theoretical 15 percent if the laptop cooling system allows it. The implementation of this boost mode is done in the BIOS, but it is ultimately dependent upon the manufacturer of the laptop.

Power Consumption

The power consumption of the GeForce GTX 780M should be similar or slightly higher than the GTX 680M (100 Watt TDP). According to rumors it should stay below the GTX 680MX in the iMac but still it is best suited for 17-inch desktop replacement laptops.

Well comparing laptop card drivers this card is actually pretty suitable for gaming there are a few downfalls like heat it gives out a lot of heat and without a decent cooler the card will probably wont have a long life and your laptop might even burn out but comparing it to games its actually pretty decent . I played the above mention games at high resolution and honestly it was pretty amazing experience less lags and great fps rate well I might be mistaken but I guess the 780m might be better than the desktop 780. Overall recommend this card for you guys .

Verdict

The GTX 780m has some minor flaws, but its excellent real-world performance and access to Nvidia's proprietary tech make this card a real contender in the highest tier of gaming graphics cards.

Verdict

So by far the GTX 780 ti performs exceedingly well in the previous version of games released in the later dates like 2014 .it’s not on par with the graphics card released on 2016 but it’s still pretty usable for a new user . would recommend the card a few years back but for now it’s just obsolete but it’s still cheap and performs quite a bit well so if you don’t like spending much money but still wanna play 1080p games this is the card for you .

The second generation of Nvidia’s Maxwell hardware arrived with the high-end GTX 980 and GTX 970 cards back in September, but it’s taken until now for mainstream parts to arrive. That's where the GTX 960 comes in; it's designed for 1080p gaming, and its £160 price is far more palatable than its high-end stablemates.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 card also has plenty of competition. AMD has a pair of mid-range parts that have been made more tempting because of recent price drops. There's the Radeon R9 285, which is ten pounds cheaper than Nvidia’s latest card, and the R9 280X that now starts at £175.

Overview

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 is a desktop graphics card of the upper middle class. It is based on the GM206 Maxwell chip that is produced in 28nm. The GTX960 offers 1024 shader cores, 64 TMUs and 32 ROPs (no deactivated units of the chip). The graphics memory is usually 2 or 4 GB GDDR5 (7 GHz effective clock) connected with a 128 Bit interface.

The GM206 supports CUDA, 3D Vision, PhysX, GeForce Experience, Surround, GameStream, GPU Boost 2.0, Adaptive Vertical Sync / G-SYNC, SLI, DSR, MFAA and Virtual Reality latency improvements. The GTX 960 also includes a H.265 capable de- and encoder as a first.

The power consumption of the GTX 960 on the desktop without load is around 10 Watt and on a similar level to the AMD counterparts. During gaming the 960 reaches around 85-100 Watt (depending on the model) which is a lot less than e.g. the Radeon R9 285 (around 170 Watt).

So the GTX 960 Can pretty much run a lot of games at high resolution but its not that quite dependable I mean it kinds of have low fps and well its not that much reliable if u wanna play a hardcore game in 4K resolution but I guess it is pretty cheap when it comes to price and it gets away with its low settings so if your under a tight budget I’d recommend this card.

Verdict

Nvidia’s most affordable 900-series card will play any game at 1080p while also handling some titles at higher resolutions, and we’re impressed with the efficiency of its revised Maxwell hardware: lower power consumption than the competition means that various small-form-factor models and overclocked models are readily available.

As such if you're simply after the Nvidia card with the best bang-for-buck right now then either of the AMD cards are probably the better choice, unless your power supply doesn't have sufficient PCI-E cables to power them. However, if you're building a system from scratch and your focus is on getting solid 1080p gaming performance for the minimum outlay then the GTX 960 makes more sense. It'll mean you can get a cheaper power supply and will then continue to save you money with its low power consumption.

Some of the most top rated games in 2016 and they pretty much all of them have a 4k resolution now not gonna lie tested the GTX 980 at 4k on all of these games and well the fps gets pretty low so I’d recommend you play them at ultra resolution the difference isn’t that much and they run smoothly without a single lag. If you’re a gamer and got a good budget I prefer this card for you.

Verdict

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 is a capable card with the grunt to handle anything at 1080p and 1440p and almost all games at 4K, too. However, AMD’s two rivals offer performance improvements for similar cash. If you want to stay green, the GeForce GTX 980 is a good option – but be aware that other GPUs are better for speed.

The AMD RX 470 4GB graphics card is a 2016 released performance graphics card based on the third revision of the Graphics Core Next (GCN) architecture. This AMD video cards competes against Nvidia's outgoing, but very popular, GTX 970 and the incoming GTX 1050 Ti, when that releases.(currently available insert review link for GTX 1050 TI)

The AMD Radeon RX 470 sits slightly awkwardly in AMD video cards range. As you'll see from our benchmarks, it's a great Full HD GPU card, but pricing oddities mean it sits in a price bracket that's just 5% lower than the more powerful 4GB RX 480.

AMD has produced a very competent video card for Full HD gaming with the latest AAA titles with a very low power draw of just 120W. Compact versions of this card will be great for micro ATX and mini-ITX PC builds, producing very little heat and noise and playing nicely with tight power budgets.

Overview

The GPU used for the 470 series is a familiar one, the Polaris 10 (Pro), an Ellesmere (codename) GPU based on 4th generation GCN architecture. The 14 nm FinFET+ process based Radeon RX 470 will push the product to 4.9 TFLOPS. With its 120W TDP it has 32 CUs (compute units aka shader clusters) x 64 shader processors per CU = 2048 shader processors. The card has 256-bit GDDR5 memory which offers an effective 6.6 Gbps / GHz memory bandwith. The reference cards will run in the 1206 MHz range on its boost clock. Expect board partner cards to run a good 50 MHz faster. The GPU with its 2048 shader processors is tied to 32 ROPs with 128 texture memory units. The reference boards have a 6-phase VRM power supply design and display output wise the new cards have seen an upgrade as well, including three DisplayPort 1.4 connectors and one HDMI 2.0b.
Overall the specs show a very potent card to play the latest games with whilst offering a good memory size versus price in the 1920x1080 and even 2560x1440 monitor resolutions.

All games by far are the 2016 most top rated games and under a pretty steep budget the RX 470 allows you to enjoy these games to the fullest resolution .it’s by far the most cheapest of AMD cards close to the 4k resolution recommend this card but well RX 480 is more suitable .

Verdict

An excellent AMD video card for Full HD gaming, but wacky pricing to close to the RX 480 making it  hard to determine which one should a person choose.

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 is a mid-range graphics card for desktop PCs. It is based on the 28nm Maxwell GM206 chip and offers 768 pixel shaders, 48 TMUs and 32 ROPs. The graphics memory is typically 2 GB GDDR5 with 6.6 GHz effective and a 128-bit interface.

As a novelty compared to the previous Maxwell GM204 chip, the GM206 includes the new VP7 video engine with HVEC (H.265) decoding and encoding. Furthermore, the GTX 950 supports HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 for 4K video output.

The 3D gaming performance of the GTX 950 is slightly better than the GeForce GTX 965M (33% more shaders but slower clock speed).

These are one of the few games that I tried at 1080p on my nvidia GTX 950 and they ran smoothly without any errors or lags this just proofs that the card even though cheap can still pack quite a punch when it comes to gaming . so if your under a tight budget I’d recommend the GTX 950 for you .

Verdict

Nvidia GeForce GTX set out to build an affordable 1080p card with the GTX 950, and it’s an undoubted success: It’s faster than the R7 370 in almost every benchmark without costing any more, and it’s even got the grunt to handle some games at 1440p. Many of Nvidia’s software features are designed to aid MOBA players, but this card has the performance to excel with any genre at Full HD. The  Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 is the market leader when it comes to affordable 1080p GPUs.
